This system includes a main feeding unit, first servo pusher unit, transition feeding unit, second servo pusher unit, packing unit and date printer.
This system is connected with the wafer processing line, the wafer will be fed in rows with the required distance by the main feeding unit, the servo pusher unit pushes the wafer to the transition feeding unit, then the wafer packing will be finished automatically.
